Pratap Public School stands for higher moral values wishing build students’ strong personality in the most desirable behaviour through sympathetic guidance and instructions. Students and parents are expected to behave in positive way .
The School administration has all right reserved to take action  against the concerned to maintain the discipline of the institution .
Please note that-
- Student must come to school in proper uniform.
- Student must arrive at school 10 minutes before the school time.
- Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the principal office and not to the class teacher or other person.
- Absence in examination or test will be meant for failure in the concerned paper/test.
- Gold ornaments, jewellery, costly and / or undesirable items are strictly prohibited in the school for the student.
- Absence without an application countersigned by parents/ guardians will be fined.
- Parents are requested to look at the Student’s Diary and confirm thehome work to be done by their ward regularly.
- Any change in residential address must be communicated to the school immediately.
- Parents are requested not to send their wards suffering from any contagious or infections disease after noting the case, in school.
- Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom without the principal’s permission.
- Parents are requested to join the parents teacher meeting regularly.
- This makes the link between school and student’s home and washes out the most of his/her problems in the progress.
- Conveyance charges will be made of twelve months. In case of sudden out of order of the vehicle, parents are requested to bring or/and take their ards from the school.
Fee Norms
- School does not receives any type of grant. It is and autonomous body meeting all its expenses only with the fee.
- Not any discount is possible in any type of fee. All types of fee are compulsory and non-refundable.
- There is not any provision for any type of free ship e.g. for more than two children of same parents. Please don’t discuss & waste the precious time on discussing this matter.
- Fee will have to be deposited by 15th of the month. Please pay your fee in time. Afterwards fine will be charged as per month.
- Fee card is compulsory.
